The island gained popularity after the film became one of the best musicals.

The Azores consist of nine different volcanic islands, the main of which is Sao Miguel, and the smallest is the island of Corvo, where it is estimated that it has about 400 inhabitants. The inhabitants of the “Azores” are proud of their wine, homemade cheese and the freshest seafood.
